Visiting Cascade Hills Church
We know that showing up to a new place for the first time can be intimidating, but at Cascade Hills Church, our desire is that you’ll feel right at home from the moment you pull into the parking lot! So come as you are. As a first-time guest, you are a VIP to us, so we’ll be there with you every step of the way!
Parking
Parking can be a pain, but our fantastic parking team is here to ensure that getting a spot is pain-free. Try to arrive 10-15 minutes early and follow the smiling faces in the bright yellow vests. We reserve upfront parking just for first-time guests, so if you’re new to Cascade Hills, be sure to turn on your flashers as you enter the parking lot.
First Time Guest VIP Experience
Once you’re parked in our VIP parking lot, you’ll be greeted by one of our VIP team members. This individual will be your guide and can assist you with any need you might have. If you have kids, they’ll first introduce you to the “Cascade Kids” area, so be sure to complete the first-time guest form above to expedite this process. Based on your family’s needs, the VIP guide will give you a brief tour of the facility. This tour will include bathroom locations, The Lodge, as well as the VIP room that you’ll return to following the service to receive your free gift. Lastly, they will guide you to the main auditorium to enjoy the service.
Cascade Kids
Service
At Cascade Hills Church, we offer three great service options. Saturdays at 5:00 PM and Sundays at 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM EST. Once inside the main auditorium, one of our host team members will quickly help you find a seat. There’s no assigned seating, so you are welcome to sit anywhere you feel comfortable. Services run about 60 minutes, including worship led by our incredible worship team. After worship, we’ll dive into a practical message brought to you by our Lead Pastor, Brent Purvis, or one of our teaching pastors. If you have any questions along the way, one of our team members will be happy to help you, so please don’t hesitate to ask.

Growing up at Cascade Hills, Pastor Brent Purvis never imagined he’d one day be pastoring his childhood church. In 2014, Pastor Brent felt God’s call on his life to enter the ministry. He brings an exciting new teaching style that has led to hundreds of changed lives since he first entered the ministry. After Service
After the service, visit our VIP Room, where you’ll find volunteers and staff who can answer any additional questions you might have about Cascade Hills Church. When you exit the worship center, take a right, and head to The Lodge where you’ll find our VIP room. We’d love to hear your feedback about the service and give you a gift.

Where do I go when I get there?
If this is your first time visiting, we’d love for you to take advantage of the VIP experience outlined above in the what to expect section. However, if you’re attending for the second time, or want to visit incognito, here’s what you’ll do. As you pull onto the property, depending on which service you attend, you may be directed to the main or lower parking lots. Once parked, if you’re in the lower lot, a shuttle will be there to carry you directly to the worship center doors, as well as the Cascade Kids entrance if needed. If you’re in the main lot, proceed to Cascade Kids entrance or to the Worship Center depending on your needs. If you’re not sure where the entrances are, look for the big white signs on the covered awnings. If at any point you need assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask any of our staff or volunteers wearing lanyards.
How long is the service?
On average, our services last about 60 minutes. This includes about 15 minutes of worship music from our high energy band, followed by an uplifting message from either our Lead Pastor, Brent Purvis, or from one of our staff/teaching pastors.
What do you do for kids?
We strive to provide something for the entire family here at Cascade Hills Church. While the adults worship in the main auditorium, the children are enjoying their own custom worship experience down in Cascade Kids. For the littlest ones, check out the Preschool. Have a special needs child, we’ve got you covered as well with our Pure Joy Ministry. Every area involving children is staffed with background-checked individuals, monitored by CCTV, and observed by roaming uniformed police officers. We take every step necessary to keep your mind at ease.
What should I wear?
At Cascade Hills Church, there is no dress code! We want you to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable!
The Cascade Hills Worship band primarily lends itself to a modern worship style that’s energetic, inspiring, and hope-giving. On occasion, we love to mix it up with a reliable contemporary classic or put a new spin to one of our hymnal favorites. We like to keep you guessing!
Volunteer Opportunities
We’re passionate about ensuring that anyone who steps foot on the property will immediately feel the love of Jesus Christ just as He has shown it to us. This desire isn’t possible without the help of some outgoing volunteers. So if you’ve been attending for a while and you’re ready to become a contributor, we’d love for you to consider joining our guest services team.
